Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring the best service possible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Deluxe and Premium Services: Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Supreme Services: Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. Due to the high demand for our Supreme services, your desired time slot might not be available, so we recommend rescheduling as soon as possible.
